Reduce Anxiety and Build Resilience through Somatic Practice
Strengthen the mind-body connection and release trapped trauma.
End the cycle of repetitive thinking and reduce anxiety so you can live a more comfortable and fulfilling life.
I’m sure you’ve probably tried talk therapy, medication, and read a handful of self-help books, but let me guess… none of that worked?
Here’s why – because when you experience a stressful or traumatic event, the mind and body respond. So whether you shut down, run for the hills or fight back, it’s your body’s way of dealing with danger. The unexpected part? How long that trauma sticks around…
Somatic practice follows a different approach – instead of talking circles around why you’re feeling what you’re feeling, it allows you to safely FEEL what you’re feeling.
And when you focus on the physical sensations in your body relating to a traumatic event, you become able to tolerate and release them.
Together, we’ll identify trauma in your body and restore calm to your nervous system, so you can finally move on.
As an Anxiety Coach, I work with teens, adults, veterans and trauma survivors to help them identify sensations in the body.
In a safe space, we work through cycles of activation and deactivation until discomfort dissipates and peace is restored.
Somatic practice hasn’t just helped my clients find calm and live happier lives...it’s also helped me.
Hi, I’m Caelin,
your Anxiety Coach and Somatic Practitioner.
For nearly 25 years of my 53, I lived in fear. And just like my clients, I tried talk therapy and medication - but nothing fully worked. I had no answers, so I set out to find some.
I made it my life’s work to explore cutting edge body-based therapies, study the neuroscience behind anxiety, and learn from some of the world’s top trauma experts.
And after a lot of hard work strengthening the connection between my mind and body, I found relief. And so can you!
